Shoot the listing.
Offload the rest.

The photo workflow built for real estate photographers. Drop your SD card. Offload pulls today's shoots from your Google Calendar, detects every bracket, organizes everything by address — in seconds. That's about 45 minutes back, every shoot day.

Real estate photographers lose 45 minutes every shoot day renaming files, sorting brackets, and organizing folders by address. Multiply that by six shoots a week. That's four and a half hours a week spent on busywork.

— THE UNIVERSAL COMPLAINT

What makes it different

Purpose-built for the real estate workflow.

Not another photo manager. Offload reads your calendar, understands HDR brackets, and names folders after the property — so you can be in Lightroom five minutes after you get home.

Google Calendar sync

Every property you're shooting today, pulled into Offload before you even drop the card. Addresses become folder names automatically.

SD card auto-detect

Plug in your card. Offload recognizes it, reads only today's files, and skips anything from past shoots.

HDR bracket detection

Ground + drone brackets detected automatically. Configurable for 3, 5, 7, or 9 exposures. Cull the bad ones in one click.

Address-based folders

"8990 19th St #348" becomes the folder. RAW / JPEG / VIDEO separated. Clean structure, every time.

Thumbnail review

Preview every shoot before you commit. Cull modal shows representative brackets, expandable filmstrip for every exposure.

Multi-destination copy

One offload → backup to your internal drive, a NAS, and a client delivery folder simultaneously. Optional ZIP compression.

How it works

From SD card to organized in three steps.

No manual renaming. No sorting. No dragging. The entire workflow is three clicks.

— STEP 01

Drop your card

Plug in your SD card or drag today's files into Offload. Designated cards auto-detect the moment they mount.

— STEP 02

Review & cull

Offload groups every bracket by property. Preview, adjust addresses, and cull any shots you don't want in one click.

— STEP 03

Offload

Click Organize. Files copy to labeled folders across every destination. EXIF timestamps preserved. You're done.

Pricing

Simple, honest pricing.

Questions

Everything you were going to ask.

How is this different from Lightroom's import?
Lightroom imports photos. Offload organizes them. Offload happens before Lightroom — it reads your calendar, detects HDR brackets across drone and ground cameras, separates RAW / JPEG / video, and files everything into address-labeled folders. By the time you open Lightroom, every property is already its own folder.
Do I need internet to use Offload?
You need internet for the initial license check and calendar sync. After that, Offload works fully offline for up to 72 hours while your license stays cached. File organization, bracket detection, and copying never require internet.
How does the 2-device license work?
Your Offload license works on up to two computers — typically your main desktop and a travel laptop. Sign in on a third computer and Offload will ask you to remove one of the existing devices first. You can manage your devices any time from the account portal.
What cameras and formats are supported?
All common RAW formats — Canon CR2/CR3, Sony ARW, Nikon NEF, DNG, Panasonic RW2, Olympus ORF, Fuji RAF. JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF for stills. MP4, MOV, AVCHD (MTS/M2TS), MKV, M4V for video. Drone files (DJI + DJI_MAPHOTO) auto-detected.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from inside the app or at arvaum.io/offload-login. Your license stays active until the end of the current billing period. No fees, no lock-in, no questions asked.
What happens after the 14-day trial ends?
We'll email you a few days before your trial ends, and the app shows exactly how many days you have left. Subscribe for $10/month from inside the app when you're ready. If you don't subscribe, Offload locks until you do — your organized folders and files stay exactly where they are, untouched. You never get charged without explicitly opting in.
Can Offload lose or delete my photos?
No. Offload only ever copies — it never moves or deletes anything from your card. Your originals stay on the SD card until you format it yourself. Turn on verification and Offload re-reads every file after copying and automatically re-copies anything that doesn't match, so a flaky card reader can't silently corrupt a shoot.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Nothing. Offload organizes your photos into ordinary Finder folders — there's no catalog, no proprietary format, no cloud. If you cancel, every folder Offload ever created stays exactly where it is, openable by anything. You lose the time-saver, not your work.
Do I have to use Google Calendar?
No. Connecting your Google Calendar lets Offload auto-fill shoot addresses from your appointments — a big time-saver — but it's optional. You can type addresses in by hand and use everything else exactly the same way.
Is there a Windows version?
Not yet — Offload is macOS only for now (macOS 11 or later, Apple Silicon or Intel).
Is my data private?
Offload only sees metadata — your license state, machine fingerprint, and calendar events you explicitly connect. Your actual photos never leave your computer. No cloud upload, no AI training, no analytics on your files. Ever.
