Everything you need to know about how Arvaum Studio operates, protects your data, and handles purchases.

Welcome to Arvaum Studio. By creating an account (whether via email registration or Google OAuth sign-in), purchasing credits or a subscription, downloading the desktop application, or otherwise accessing any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Arvaum Studio is an AI-powered desktop imaging platform built specifically for real estate professionals. It is developed and operated by Marcus Martinez, a professional real estate photographer based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The platform includes a macOS desktop application, a cloud-based generation backend, and a web portal for account and credit management.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Arvaum Studio. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Upon registration, Arvaum Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Arvaum Studio desktop application for your own professional or commercial real estate imaging work. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software in any form.
Arvaum Studio operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time an AI generation is processed through our backend. Credits are made available through:
Credits are non-transferable between accounts and do not carry cash value.
Subscription Credits: Credits included with your monthly subscription are available for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, any remaining subscription credits expire at the end of your final billing period. Subscription credits do not roll over between billing periods.
Credit Pack Credits: Credits purchased as one-time credit packs never expire and remain in your account indefinitely, regardless of your subscription status.
Device Limits: Each subscription tier includes a maximum number of registered devices (Free: 1, Starter: 2, Crusher: 3, Pro: 5). Exceeding your device limit requires deactivating an existing device or upgrading your plan.
AI Prompt Enhancements: Free-tier accounts are limited to 10 AI prompt enhancements. Paid subscribers receive unlimited prompt enhancements.
All subscription plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable monthly fee until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support at support@arvaum.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to all features and remaining credits until that date. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle.
By subscribing, you expressly authorize Arvaum Studio to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of each renewal.
You agree to use Arvaum Studio only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
Arvaum Studio, its interface, codebase, branding, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Marcus Martinez. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Images you generate using Arvaum Studio are yours. You retain full ownership of any output produced through your account, subject to compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the underlying AI model providers powering the platform.
Arvaum Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of AI output, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. AI-generated results can vary and are not guaranteed to meet any specific standard of quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arvaum Studio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or dissatisfaction with AI output quality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked and any unused credits are forfeited. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Arvaum Studio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Arvaum Studio collects, why we collect it, how it is used, and what choices you have. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google account email, display name, and unique Google ID. This information is used solely to operate your account.
Billing Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking details on our servers. We retain only transaction records (amount, date, plan type) for your account history.
Usage & Generation Data: We record when generations are initiated, the credit cost consumed, and whether a generation succeeded or failed. We do not permanently store the images you generate — output files are available temporarily for download and are not retained beyond that window.
Email Verification: We send a verification email upon registration to confirm your email address is valid. We store whether your email has been verified. Verification tokens are deleted after use.
Device & Application Data: The desktop application may transmit your app version and OS type to help diagnose bugs and prioritize compatibility. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Cookies: When you log in to the Arvaum Studio web portal, we set a secure, HTTP-only authentication cookie (arvaum_token) to maintain your session. This cookie contains an encrypted token and is used solely for authentication purposes. It expires after 7 days or when you log out. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie services.
Device Fingerprinting: To enforce per-account device limits, we collect a unique device identifier and device name when you log in from the desktop application. This information is stored in your account and is visible to you in your account settings. You may deactivate registered devices at any time.
We do not sell your data. We do not collect or permanently store the images you upload or generate. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Your financial data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
AI Generation Providers: Image generation requests are routed through Arvaum Studio's backend to third-party AI model providers. Your uploaded images and prompts are transmitted to these providers solely to process your request. Their data handling is governed by their own policies.
Google OAuth: If you choose to sign in with Google, your authentication is handled by Google's OAuth 2.0 service. We receive only your email address, display name, and unique Google ID. Your Google password is never shared with us. Google's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Crisp (Live Chat): We use Crisp for in-app and website live chat support. If you initiate a chat conversation, Crisp may collect your name, email, and the content of your messages to facilitate support. Crisp's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy at crisp.chat/en/privacy.
Hosting Infrastructure: Arvaum Studio's backend runs on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices applied to data at rest.
All data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing and are never stored in plaintext. Server access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Our infrastructure uses network isolation and firewall rules to protect backend services. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and ongoing precautions to protect your information.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly. Deleting your account removes your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, personal data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
Arvaum Studio is intended for adults and professional real estate practitioners only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will promptly delete their account and data.
We may revise this Privacy Policy as our platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.

All purchases made through Arvaum Studio — including subscriptions and credit packs — are final and non-refundable.
Arvaum Studio delivers digital services that are provisioned immediately upon purchase. When you buy credits or activate a subscription, those resources are added to your account instantly and the underlying AI processing infrastructure costs are incurred. Unlike physical goods, digital services cannot be returned or reversed once delivered.
This policy applies to all transaction types on the Arvaum Studio platform:
We offer 5 free generations to every new account — no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to use these to evaluate output quality, application performance, and workflow fit before purchasing any paid plan. By providing a free trial, we make every reasonable effort to ensure you can make an informed decision.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing support@arvaum.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your features until that date. Any remaining subscription credits expire when your subscription lapses. Credit pack credits are unaffected and remain in your account.
If you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at your next billing period. You retain your current tier's features until then. If you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and you are billed the new rate on your next renewal date.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

If you are experiencing a technical problem, please reach out before assuming the product is non-functional. Many issues are resolved quickly through support and do not represent grounds for a refund. We are a small, founder-operated business and are genuinely committed to helping you succeed with the platform.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us directly will result in the immediate suspension of your account and revocation of your license. We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest any fraudulent or unwarranted disputes. Please contact us first — we are always willing to work through legitimate concerns.
By completing a purchase on Arvaum Studio, you confirm that you have read and understood this No Refund Policy and agree that all sales are final. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
